What should I do? Who should I ask? receives many inquiries about furniture complaint, care and maintenance.

Customer support is a voluntary membership association under the trade union furniture + interior of Norwegian Industries, for furniture manufacturers that focus on safety and quality. But also offers information on current environmental and quality requirements to retailers, buyers and consumers, but also responds gladly to relevant consumer questions about furniture, environment and quality, if possible.

Nevertheless, be aware that is not an appellate authority when it comes to complaints/appeals from the consumer, and by such inquiries refer the customer to the retailer of the product, then the manufacturer, and if applicable, to the Consumer Council - advice phone number: 037037.
